概述
我們的退款和退貨政策為期 30 天。如果您購買後已超過 30 天,我們將無法為您提供全額退款或換貨,但收貨地點為中華民國所轄區域將依消保法第19條之規定處理(詳情可查詢以下網頁連結http://www.cpat.org.tw/page/about/index.aspx?kind=58)其餘國家或地區之退換貨政策以英文版為準。
若要符合退貨條件,您的商品必須未使用且與您收到時的狀態相同。它還必須採用原始包裝。
有幾種類型的商品可以免於退貨。食品、鮮花、報紙或雜誌等易腐商品以及客製化商品不能退貨。我們也不接受貼身物品或衛生用品、危險物品或易燃液體或氣體。

請不要將您購買的商品退還給製造商。

有明顯使用痕跡的書
已開啟的 CD、DVD、VHS 錄影帶、軟體、電玩遊戲、卡帶或黑膠唱片。
任何物品不處於原始狀態,由於非我們的錯誤而損壞或缺少零件。
任何在交貨後超過 30 天退回的商品
退款
一旦收到並檢查您的退貨,我們將向您發送電子郵件,通知您我們已收到您的退貨。我們也會通知您退款是否被批准或拒絕。
如果您獲得批准,那麼您的退款將被處理,並且在一定天數內,信用額度將自動套用到您的信用卡或原始付款方式。
退款延遲或缺失
如果您尚未收到退款,請先再次檢查您的銀行帳戶。
然後聯絡您的信用卡公司,您的退款可能需要一些時間才能正式到帳。
接下來聯絡您的銀行。退款之前通常需要一些處理時間。

促銷品
僅正常價格的商品可以退款。特價商品不能退款。
交換商品
我們僅更換有瑕疵或損壞的物品。如果您需要將其換成相同的商品,請發送電子郵件至 forrest@ttsshops.com,並將您的商品寄送至:台灣 70442 台南市北區開元路 281 號。
禮物
如果商品在購買時被標記為禮物並直接發送給您,您將收到與退貨價值等值的禮品積分。一旦收到退回的商品,我們將向您郵寄一張禮券。
如果購買時物品未標記為禮物,或送禮者將訂單發送給自己以便稍後送給您,我們將向送禮者退款,他們會了解您的退貨情況。
運費退貨

您將負責支付退回商品的運費。運費不退還。如果您收到退款,退貨運費將從您的退款中扣除。
根據您的居住地,您換取的產品到達您手中所需的時間可能會有所不同。
如果您要退回較昂貴的物品,您可以考慮使用可追蹤的運輸服務或購買運輸保險。我們不保證一定會收到您退回的商品。

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines and customization products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at forrest@ttsshops.com and send your item to: No. 281 Kaiyuan Rd., North Dist., Tainan City 70442 Taiwan(R. O. C.).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: No. 281 Kaiyuan Rd., North Dist., Tainan City 70442 Taiwan(R. O. C.)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
